Looking for an honest Roomba Review? Me too! That is exactly why I started this website in 2005. Personally, I think it is very difficult to make a decision about purchasing a product when the only reviews you read are on the website that manufactures it. When I first discovered there was a robotic vacuum out there that would vacuum all by itself I was thrilled to death. Skeptical but nonetheless thrilled. I mean, seriously, who among us actually enjoys doing housework? I bought my first Roomba Vacuum in August of 2005 and I absolutely fell in love with it. Why would I love a robotic vacuum cleaner? Because it saves me from having to do it and it is more than happy to vacuum my floors every day of the week -- all by itself. So what could be better than a new Roomba Vacuum Cleaner? How about the world's first HEPA Filter compatible with all 500 series Roombas! Roomba Review: New Robot Add Ons HEPA FilterFast forward to July of 2009 when I received a telephone call from Jim Lynch, who led the development efforts on Roomba and its accessories when he worked for iRobot for 11 years. Jim found my site and wanted to tell me about a new business venture he has started. He left iRobot and opened his own company (with co-founder Barry Stout). The new company is called RobotAddons and their goal is to deliver innovative solutions for today's home robots. Jim asked me if I would mind reviewing some of their products and I was more than eager to try them out! The first product I tested was their new HEPA Filter that works on any 500 Series Roomba. All I can say is LOVE LOVE LOVE!
